Safe, user-friendly and sustainable micro-mobility

The MicrO-MOBILITY CENTER

MiMoC is a pioneer European center for information, education and expertise on micro-mobility. Its objective is to promote secure, responsible and sustainable micro-mobility among citizens, public authorities and businesses.

The MiMoC is convinced that micro-mobility will help solve a large number of modern urban and peri-urban issues.    The rise of electric micro-mobility promises great prospects for improving urban air quality, traffic flow and multimodality, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conviviality of the public space, tourist promotion and new sports and cultural activities.

The emergence of these new modes of displacement also raises new questions and challenges. Awareness of the compatibility between different modes, specific road safety education, the prevention of electronic waste and obsolescence, the development of urban infrastructure and roads are as many projects to be implemented as soon as possible.

On all these questions and new opportunities, the Micro Mobility Center aims to be the key player and interlocutor for individuals, public authorities and companies in Brussels, Belgium and Europe.
